INTERGRATED COMMUNITY SUPPORTS (ICS)
Designed for adults to receive onsite planned and unplanned support when living in multi-family housing (e.g. apartment). ICS can be delivered up to 24 hours per day in the person’s living unit or in the community.
The service provides support and training in multiple areas to community living including, but not limited to:
- Community participation
- Health, safety and wellness
- Household management
- Adaptive skills
Our staff meets with families, interdisciplinary team members and the client regularly to monitor expectations. The schedule design is flexible to meet the client’s needs. For Waiver recipients only.

What is the monthly rent for all units?
$550
What is the security deposit?
$500
What utilities are residents responsible for?
Utilities are included in rent. Residents are responsible for internet unless staff is using internet. In this case AM HOMES will be responsible for internet.
Do the units come furnished?
Yes, all units come partially furnished with bed, couch, and TV.
What are the hours of support?
Anywhere from 1-24 hours per day. anything less than 6 hours per day requires flexible staffing with a mix of remote support.
